PickleCrew has no accounts, no tracking, no advertising and no analytics. There is no server. Your crew, your players, your games and your leaderboard are stored on your iPhone and are never sent anywhere — not to Kaspar Works, not to anyone else.
What PickleCrew stores, and where
All of it lives in the app's own storage on your device:
- Your groups — a name, a colour and an icon.
- Your players — the first names or nicknames you type in. PickleCrew never asks for a real name, an email address or a phone number, and has no contacts access.
- Your games — who played, the score, the date, and the points each player earned.
- Your seasons and your custom point rules.
- A short list of recently used players, so recording the next game is faster.
Deleting PickleCrew deletes every one of those things with it. There is no copy anywhere else, because none was ever made. There is no iCloud or cross-device sync in this version.
Purchases
PickleCrew Pro is sold through Apple. Your payment is handled entirely by Apple and PickleCrew never sees your payment details, your Apple Account or your name. What PickleCrew receives is Apple's own signed confirmation that a purchase exists, which it checks on your device and then remembers locally so Pro keeps working offline.
Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
What PickleCrew does not do
- No account, no sign-in, no email address required.
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDK. No advertising SDK. No third-party SDK of any kind.
- No tracking, and nothing shared with data brokers. PickleCrew does not link anything to your identity, because it does not know it.
- No location, camera, photo, contacts or notification access.
- No network traffic of its own — the only connection the app makes is to the App Store for purchases.
Other people's names
You may type other people's first names into PickleCrew as players. Those names stay on your phone, exactly like a note you wrote yourself. Kaspar Works never receives them.
Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to see, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you. Kaspar Works holds none from PickleCrew, so there is nothing to hand over and nothing to erase on request. Everything PickleCrew knows is already in your hands, in the app, and deleting the app removes it.
If you have written to us by email, we will of course delete that correspondence on request.
Children
PickleCrew is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the updated version appears at this address. PickleCrew does not collect data today, and any change to that would be announced here before it took effect.
